Fees and Policies

  • If your insurance doesn't cover my services or you prefer to pay privately, I offer self-pay options for both virtual and in-home visits.
    Because of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), you may still be able to get reimbursed by your insurance — I’ll provide a superbill you can submit.

    Self-Pay Pricing:

    • Initial Consultation: $150 (home visit) / $125 (virtual)

    • Follow-Up Consultation: $125 (home visit) / $100 (virtual)

    Each consultation includes:
    ✓ 60–90 minutes of personalized support
    ✓ Full assessment and feeding plan
    ✓ Hands-on guidance
    ✓ Two weeks of follow-up email support

    • Sliding scale options are available

    • (Travel fees may apply for home visits outside of RVA)

  • Amor and Wellness, LLC is committed to providing accessible, high-quality lactation support to all families. For clients without insurance coverage or those opting to pay directly, we offer straightforward self-pay options.​

    Payment Terms

    • Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of service.​

    • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards and electronic payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle)

    • Superbill Provision: Upon request, we can provide a superbill (medical invoice) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
